What are the signs of lack of oxygen

I'm really concerned about the signs of lack of oxygen in my body and I'm hoping that someone on this forum can help me. I'm not sure what to look out for, so I'm hoping to get some advice. Are there any physical signs that indicate low oxygen levels in the body? Are there any tests that I can take to check for it? What should I do if I think I'm not getting enough oxygen? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Blue Skin or Lips: When the body doesn’t get enough oxygen, the skin can take on a bluish tint. This is often referred to as cyanosis and can be an indication of a lack of oxygen in the body.

Confusion: Confusion can be a sign of a lack of oxygen in the brain. If you find yourself feeling confused or having trouble concentrating, it may be a sign that your body is not getting enough oxygen.
