Adrenal fatigue is a condition that occurs when the adrenal glands become overworked and can no longer produce enough hormones to keep the body functioning properly. Common signs of adrenal fatigue include:

1. Fatigue: This is one of the most common symptoms of adrenal fatigue. People who have adrenal fatigue often feel tired and exhausted, even after a full night’s rest. They may also feel like they need to nap during the day.

2. Low Libido: Adrenal fatigue can also cause a decrease in libido, which can lead to issues with relationships.

3. Low Blood Pressure: Low blood pressure is another common symptom of adrenal fatigue. People with this condition may experience dizziness when standing up quickly, or may feel lightheaded or faint.

4. Cravings for Sugary and Salty Foods: People with adrenal fatigue often crave sugary and salty foods, which can lead to weight gain and other health issues.

5. Poor Digestion: Poor digestion is another common symptom of adrenal fatigue. People with this condition may experience bloating, gas, and constipation.

6. Anxiety and Depression: Anxiety and depression are also common symptoms of adrenal fatigue. People may feel overwhelmed and anxious, or may have difficulty concentrating or sleeping.

7. Difficulty Waking Up: People with adrenal fatigue may have difficulty waking up in the morning, despite getting enough sleep.

If you experience any of these symptoms, it is important to speak to your doctor to determine if adrenal fatigue is the cause.
