What are the most difficult personality disorders

"Hello everyone, I'm hoping to learn more about the most difficult personality disorders. I'm a psychology student and I want to understand which personality disorders are most difficult to diagnose and treat. Does anyone have experience or knowledge about this topic they could share? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cluster A Personality Disorders

Cluster A personality disorders are characterized by odd or eccentric behavior. People with these disorders may appear strange or withdrawn, and may find it difficult to relate to others. The three most difficult personality disorders in this cluster are:

Schizotypal Personality Disorder: People with schizotypal personality disorder often have difficulty forming relationships, and may display odd behaviors or beliefs. They may also have odd speech patterns, and may believe that they are being persecuted or spied on.
