Hello everyone!
I’m looking to learn more about the mental benefits of exercise and I’m hoping that someone in this community can help me out. I’ve heard a lot about how exercise can improve mental health but I wanted to know more. What kind of mental benefits can be gained from regular exercise? Has anyone personally experienced any mental benefits from exercising? Are there any studies that have been done on this topic? I’d really appreciate any advice or information that you might be able to provide.
