Personality is an individual's unique psychological characteristics that determine how they interact with the world around them. People with different personality types can be grouped together into four distinct groups. These four groups are known as the “Big Four” personalities: the Analytical, the Amiable, the Expressive, and the Driver.

Analytical

Analytical personalities are logical, methodical, and detail-oriented. They are often introverted and think before they act. They are good problem solvers who take the time to understand a situation before making a decision. They are good at understanding the facts and analyzing data.

Amiable

Amiable personalities are warm, friendly, and loyal. They are often extroverted and enjoy interacting with others. They are good at building relationships and forming bonds with people. They are patient and docile, and often take the time to understand other people's perspectives.

Expressive

Expressive personalities are creative and spontaneous. They are often extroverted and enjoy being the center of attention. They are good at expressing their emotions and ideas, and enjoy socializing. They are also risk-takers who are not afraid of failure.

Driver

Driver personalities are decisive, task-oriented, and results-driven. They are often introverted and prefer to work in solitude. They are good at setting goals and working to achieve them. They are also good at motivating others and delegating tasks.
