I'm looking for help understanding how to achieve a balanced work-life. I've heard that there are five steps to working life balance, but I'm not sure what they are. Has anyone here ever achieved a balanced work-life? If so, what were the five steps you took to get there? I would really appreciate any advice or tips you can share.
