The first signs of a struggling liver can vary depending on the underlying cause. Common symptoms include fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, dark urine, and yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes (jaundice). It is important to see a doctor if any of these symptoms are present, as early diagnosis and treatment can help prevent further damage to the liver.
