Hello everyone! I am new to this forum and am looking for some help on the topic of nutrition. I understand there are 7 elements of nutrition, but I'm not sure what they are. Can anyone help me out and explain what these 7 elements of nutrition are, and how they are important to a balanced diet? Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
