I'm looking for help understanding the 6 ways of managing anxiety. I've heard of some ways to manage anxiety, like exercise, talking to a friend or therapist, and relaxation techniques, but I'm not sure if that's all of them. Can anyone here who has experience with managing anxiety tell me what the other 3 ways are? I'd really appreciate any advice or insights.
