Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some help understanding the 5 principles of flexibility. I've read about them online, but I'd like to get some clarification from other forum users. Can someone explain what the 5 principles are and how they relate to exercise and physical activity? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
