Five Human Needs to Survive
It is generally accepted that humans have five basic needs in order to survive. These needs are air, water, food, shelter, and sleep.
Air: Humans need air in order to breathe and survive. The air we breathe is essential for life, as it contains oxygen which our bodies need to function properly.
Water: Just like air, water is essential for life. It helps to hydrate our bodies and keep them functioning optimally. We need to drink plenty of water every day in order to stay healthy and to survive.
Food: Food is essential for human survival. We need to eat a balanced diet in order to get the nutrition our bodies need to stay healthy and to survive.
Shelter: Shelter provides us with protection from the elements and from danger. It is essential for humans to have a safe place to live in order to survive.
Sleep: Sleep is an important part of human life. We need to get enough sleep in order to rest and recharge our bodies. Without enough rest, our bodies cannot function properly and we cannot survive.
These five needs are essential for human survival. Without them, we would not be able to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
