Hello everyone! I am looking for help to understand the 5 C's of coping and how they can help me to manage my stress. Can anyone explain to me what the 5 C's of coping are? Any advice or tips on how to best apply them would be greatly appreciated. I would love to hear from anyone who has experience with the 5 C's of coping or who may have studied it in the past.
