I'm looking for help understanding the seven controllable risk factors of a stroke. I know that stroke is a serious health problem and I want to learn more about ways to reduce my own risk. Does anyone here have any knowledge or experience with the seven controllable risk factors of a stroke? Are there any lifestyle changes I can make to reduce my risk? What advice can you share about how to identify and manage the seven controllable risk factors of a stroke? Any insight from other forum users would be greatly appreciated.
