I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I am looking for some ways to manage my condition. Can anyone please help me by suggesting 5 habits that can help me with diabetes? I would really appreciate any advice from people with experience dealing with diabetes. I want to make sure I'm doing everything I can to stay healthy and live a normal life.
