Subtitle: Common Skin Conditions Related to Stress

Stress can affect a person's physical and mental health, including the skin. It can cause or worsen certain skin conditions and can be a contributing factor to acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. Here are 5 common skin conditions related to stress:

Acne: Acne is a common skin condition that is often associated with stress. Stress can trigger an increase in hormones that can cause the skin to produce more oil, leading to clogged pores and an increase in breakouts.

Eczema: Eczema is a chronic skin condition that is often made worse by stress. Stress can cause a flare-up of eczema, and can also make the condition more difficult to treat.

Psoriasis: Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition that is often made worse by stress. Stress can cause a flare-up of the condition and can make it harder to manage.

Rosacea: Rosacea is a skin condition that causes redness and can be aggravated by stress. Stress can cause the redness to flare up and can make the condition more difficult to treat.

Hives: Hives are itchy, red bumps that can be caused by stress. Stress can trigger an allergic reaction, causing the hives to appear.
