Hello everyone,

I'm hoping to get some help from the community about allergies. Specifically, I was wondering what the four common signs of allergies are. I'm not sure if I'm having an allergic reaction to something, and I'm looking for some advice on how to tell if I am.

I've been a bit itchy lately and I'm not sure if it's something serious or just something minor. Do any of you know what the four common signs of allergies are? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Signs of Allergy

Allergies can cause a variety of symptoms, including sneezing, coughing, itchy eyes, a runny nose, and hives. The most common signs of an allergic reaction are:

1. Itchy Eyes - Itchy eyes are one of the most common signs of an allergy. They can be caused by pollen, pet dander, dust, or other allergens that come into contact with the eyes.

2. Sneezing - Sneezing is often a sign of an allergy. It is caused by the body trying to expel the allergen from the nose.

3. Coughing - Coughing is another common symptom of allergies. It can be caused by dust, pet dander, pollen, or other allergens in the air.

4. Hives - Hives are red, itchy bumps that can appear on the skin. They are caused by an allergic reaction to a substance that has come into contact with the skin.
