I am looking for some help. I'm wondering what the best coping skills are. I've heard about things like deep breathing, mindfulness, exercising, and journaling but I'm not sure if these are the best ones. Can anyone share their experiences or advice on what the most effective coping skills are and why? I would really appreciate any help.
