I'm looking for help understanding the benefits of exercise. I'm aware that there are many advantages to regular exercise, but I would like to know what the top 25 benefits are. Does anyone have experience in this topic and could explain the benefits to me? I'm especially interested in the long-term effects of regular exercise, and how it can help to improve my overall well-being. Any insight into this topic would be greatly appreciated.
