Is there Level 5 first aid

I'm looking for help understanding Level 5 first aid. Is it a real thing, or is it something made up? Can anyone explain what Level 5 first aid is, and if so, what are the requirements to obtain it? I'm hoping to get some insight from others who may have more experience in this area.
