I'm looking for some help. I'm not sure if the symptoms I'm experiencing are due to heart failure or anxiety. For the past few weeks, I have been feeling tightness in my chest and I'm having trouble sleeping. I'm also having difficulty breathing and feelings of lightheadedness. Does anyone have experience in this area? Have you ever had to deal with something like this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
