I'm looking for advice about sleeping in an unventilated room. I'm a bit concerned about the air quality in my bedroom and I'm wondering if there could be any health risks associated with sleeping in an unventilated room. Does anyone have any experience with this or can give me some advice? I'm looking for solutions that don't involve a major renovation project, so I'm open to any and all suggestions.
