I'm trying to find out if holding your breath for two minutes is considered average or not. I've been practicing this for a few months and I'm having trouble gauging whether or not I'm doing the right thing. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there a general rule of thumb or time frame that I should be aiming for? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
