I'm looking for help understanding something about CPR. Is it true that CPR should be performed at 60 times per minute? I've heard it from a few people, but I'm hoping to get some clarity from other users on this forum. Does anyone have any experience with this or know the protocol? I'd really appreciate any help or advice that anyone can offer.

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is an important life-saving skill that involves providing chest compressions to the patient in order to circulate oxygen-rich blood to the heart and brain. The recommended rate of chest compressions for adults is 100-120 times per minute. For children and infants, the recommended rate is 60-100 times per minute. It is important to compress at the correct rate in order to ensure that the patient receives the correct amount of oxygen.
