Regular exercise has been a major part of my life for the past few years and it has made a tremendous impact on me. I used to be a person who was very inactive and had no motivation to do anything physical. I would sit in front of the TV or computer for hours, never doing any type of physical activity.

As I started to get older however, I realized that I needed to make a change. I started to look into ways to get more active and eventually I decided to start exercising regularly. This was a huge step for me as it was the first time that I had ever really committed to something physical.

At first, I only went for short walks, but eventually I started going to the gym and even running. This was a huge change for me and it took some time to get used to it.
