How much CO2 do we exhale per day in ML

I'm wondering how much CO2 we exhale every day in milliliters. Does anyone have any information or insights about this? I'm curious to know what the average amount of CO2 exhaled is each day. Does it vary from person to person or is it the same for everyone? Is there any way to measure it? I'd really appreciate any advice or guidance on this topic.

CO2 is one of the most important gases that humans produce through respiration. Every day, a person exhales an average of about 2.3 liters of CO2. This amount of CO2 can vary depending on a person's diet, activity level, and other factors.

What Is CO2?

CO2, or carbon dioxide, is a colorless, odorless gas that is a byproduct of respiration. It is a natural component of the air we breathe and is necessary for plants to grow.

How We Produce CO2

We produce CO2 when we breathe out. Our bodies take in oxygen from the air and process it into energy. As a byproduct of this process, we exhale CO2. When we exercise, our bodies use more oxygen and produce more CO2.

How Much CO2 Do We Exhale Per Day?

The average person exhales about 2.3 liters of CO2 per day. This amount can vary depending on a person's diet, activity level, and other factors. For example, if a person eats a lot of protein, they may produce more CO2 than someone who eats a mostly plant-based diet.

The Effects of CO2 on the Environment

CO2 is one of the main greenhouse gases that contribute to climate change. Too much CO2 in the atmosphere can cause the planet to warm, leading to extreme weather events and sea level rise. That's why it's important for us to reduce our CO2 emissions as much as possible.
