There are often no symptoms of pancreatic cancer in the early stages. As the cancer develops, symptoms may start to appear. These can include:
Pain: Pain in the upper or middle abdomen that may spread to the back.
Weight Loss: Unexplained weight loss or loss of appetite.
Jaundice: Yellowing of the skin and eyes, dark-colored urine, and pale-colored stools.
Digestive Problems: Nausea, indigestion, and changes in bowel habits.
Blood Clots: Formation of blood clots in the veins, which may cause pain and swelling in the legs.
Fever: Low-grade fever that may come and go.
