Hi everyone,
I'm wondering how long the brain can go without oxygen before passing out. I'm concerned because I recently experienced an episode of fainting and I've been trying to research what could have caused it. I'm hoping someone on this forum can help me with my questions.
What I'm curious about is how long the brain can remain without oxygen before a person passes out? Is there a certain period of time, or does it depend on the person? Is there a way to detect when a person is close to passing out due to lack of oxygen?
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
