Hi everyone,
I've been trying to learn more about how gluten gets eliminated from the body, but I'm not sure where to start. I know that it's important to avoid gluten if you have a gluten sensitivity or intolerance, but I'm not sure about the actual process of how the body eliminates it. Is there anyone out there who could help me understand this better? Any advice or resources would be much appreciated.
