Hello everyone,

I'm new here and have been struggling with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for some time now. I'm looking for some help and advice on how to manage it.

Has anyone else here experienced CFS and, if so, how does it make you feel? I'm curious to learn about other people's experiences with this condition and how they cope with it.

Any advice or stories you can share about your own experiences with CFS would be much appreciated.

Query:

I have been suffering from CFS for many years and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced the same feelings I have?

Yes, I can relate to your experience with CFS. For me, it has been like a roller coaster of emotions. One day I'm feeling good and able to do more activities, but then the next I'm exhausted and in pain. It's like an emotional roller coaster, where I'm constantly trying to balance between trying to do too much and not doing anything at all. I often feel isolated and frustrated because of my condition, and it can be difficult to find the motivation to keep going. This is why support from others who have similar experiences is so important.
