I'm concerned about whether or not I'm breathing in carbon dioxide. I'm not sure how to tell if I'm inhaling it, or what the effects of inhaling too much carbon dioxide could be. Is there any way to detect it? Are there any warning signs or symptoms to look out for? Does anyone have any advice on how to tell if I'm breathing in carbon dioxide? I'd really appreciate any input or advice from other users on this forum.
