Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and I'm hoping someone can help me out. My friend just had a baby and I'm concerned about the possibility of the baby having brain damage. Can anyone tell me how to know if a newborn has brain damage? Are there any signs or symptoms that I should be looking out for? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
