How do you know for sure if you have pancreatic cancer

Hi everyone,

I'm worried I may have pancreatic cancer and I'm looking for some advice. Has anyone had similar symptoms or know how to tell for sure if you have the disease? Can anyone offer any insight or personal experiences?

My main symptoms are abdominal pain, jaundice, and weight loss. I've had a few tests done but I'm still not sure if I have pancreatic cancer. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
