I'm looking for help regarding lack of blood flow to the brain. Recently, I've been experiencing lightheadedness, dizziness, and headaches, and I'm concerned it may be caused by lack of blood flow to the brain. Does anyone have any advice on how I can fix this issue? Are there any exercises or treatments I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
