I'm looking for help with increasing the fat content in some of my recipes. Does anyone have any tips or ideas? I'd love to hear any advice you have to share. I'm looking for ways to increase the fat content without changing the taste of the dish too much. I'd also like to avoid adding extra calories if possible.
