I'm struggling to quit smoking, but I'm finding it hard to cut down. I'm currently smoking one cigarette a day, but I'm not sure if this is still bad for my health. Is one cigarette a day still a huge risk to my health, or is it better than smoking more? Does anyone have any advice on how I can reduce this one cigarette a day to eventually quit smoking?
