I need help understanding how bad 86 oxygen is. I'm not sure if this is a good or bad reading. Is this a dangerous level? Is this something I need to be worried about or take precautions for? Does this number change depending on the environment? I'm not sure what to make of this reading and I need some help.

86 oxygen is not considered to be bad, as oxygen levels of 86% are generally considered to be within normal ranges. However, it is important to note that oxygen levels can vary depending on environmental factors, such as altitude, air pollution, and temperature. Low oxygen levels can lead to a variety of health problems, including headaches, dizziness, confusion, and difficulty breathing. If you are concerned about your oxygen levels, it is important to speak with your doctor.
