I'm wondering if anyone can help me understand how COVID affects iron levels in the body. I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has had experience with this either personally or through a family member or friend. Does COVID have an effect on iron levels, and if so, what are some ways to protect against it? I'm hoping to get some insight from other forum users.
