Does CO2 rise or fall in a room

I'm trying to find out if CO2 levels rise or fall in a room. I'm not sure what factors would influence this, so I'm asking for help from fellow forum users. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience that could help me understand how different environmental factors affect CO2 levels in a room? Are there any studies that have been conducted on this subject? Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

CO2 Level in a Room

Carbon dioxide (CO2) can fluctuate in a room depending on the number of people and the amount of ventilation in the area. The amount of CO2 in a room will generally be higher when more people are present, as humans exhale CO2 as part of their breathing process. Poor ventilation can also result in higher levels of CO2. The presence of CO2 in a room can be detected by a CO2 monitor, which will give a reading of the amount of CO2 in the air.
