I'm looking for help understanding if people with ADHD think a lot. I'm looking to understand if it's normal for someone with ADHD to have a lot of thoughts going through their head all the time, or if that's an unusual symptom. Can anyone who has experience with ADHD or knows someone with ADHD provide insight into this? Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.
