I'm a bit confused about something and need some help. Do humans breathe oxygen or carbon dioxide? I know the answer must be one or the other but I can't remember which one. Can anyone help me? I'd really appreciate it if anyone here could provide some insight on this topic. Any information would be extremely useful.
