Can you wake up from a long coma

I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm wondering if it's possible to wake up from a long coma? I know it's a miracle to come out of a coma at all, but I'm particularly interested in the possibility of coming out of a long coma. I've heard stories of people being in a coma for years and then suddenly waking up. Is this really possible? If so, what are the chances of it happening? Are there any treatments or interventions that could help someone in a long coma wake up? I'm looking for any information or advice that might help me understand this better. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
