Can you run with anemia

I have recently been diagnosed with anemia and was wondering if it's still possible for me to continue running? I'm not sure what the best course of action should be in this situation and would appreciate any advice from other runners who may have gone through a similar experience. I'm worried that running may worsen my condition, but I don't want to give up something that I love. Has anyone had any success with running and managing their anemia?
