ASPD is a mental health disorder characterized by a lack of regard for the feelings and rights of others, a disregard for social norms, impulsivity, and aggression. People with ASPD may act impulsively, lie, and manipulate others for their own gain. They may also engage in criminal behavior, though not everyone with ASPD is necessarily a criminal.
