I'm a bit worried and would really appreciate some advice - can you have testicular cancer for years without knowing? I'm asking because I've noticed some changes in my testicles, and I'm worried I may have had it for a while without realizing. Has anyone else experienced this or know what the signs might be? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it is possible to have testicular cancer for years without knowing. Many men with testicular cancer will experience symptoms such as a lump, swelling, or discomfort in the testicles. However, it is possible to have these symptoms and not seek medical attention, or the symptoms may be mild enough to be overlooked or attributed to something else. Testicular cancer can also be present without any symptoms at all, and may be discovered incidentally during a routine exam or scan.

Testicular cancer is often treatable if caught early. Unfortunately, it is possible to have the disease for years without knowing, especially if it is slow-growing. Symptoms can be hard to detect, and may include a lump or swelling in the testicles, aching or heavy feeling in the scrotum, and pain or discomfort in the testicles or scrotum. If any of these symptoms are present, it is important to visit a doctor and get checked out for testicular cancer. Regular self-exams are also recommended.

Yes, it is possible to have testicular cancer for years without knowing. Testicular cancer is often symptomless during the early stages, making it hard to detect. Most cases of testicular cancer are found by men themselves during self-exams, or by doctors during a physical exam.

Testicular cancer is relatively rare, with only 1% of all cancers in men being testicular cancer. However, it is the most common form of cancer in men between the ages of 15 and 35.

Symptoms of testicular cancer may include a lump on the testicle, pain or discomfort in the testicles or scrotal area, a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum, a dull ache in the lower abdomen or groin, or a sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum.

If you notice any of these symptoms, it is best to see a doctor right away. Early detection and treatment of testicular cancer is key to successful treatment and survival.

Your doctor can perform a physical exam and may order tests such as an ultrasound, blood tests, or a biopsy to look for signs of cancer. Treatment options for testicular cancer vary depending on the type and stage of cancer, but may include surgery to remove the affected testicle, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or a combination of treatments.

It is important to remember that testicular cancer can be successfully treated if caught early. Regular self-exams and physical exams can help you detect testicular cancer in its early stages and increase your chances of successful treatment.

Yes, you can, unfortunately, have testicular cancer for years without knowing. This is because testicular cancer can develop without any noticeable symptoms. The most common symptom of testicular cancer is a lump or swelling in either testicle. In some cases, however, this is not present. Other symptoms can include a dull ache in the lower abdomen or scrotum, changes in size of either testicle, and a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum. If any of these symptoms are present, it is important to contact your doctor as soon as possible to get a diagnosis. Early detection is key when it comes to testicular cancer, so if you’re ever in doubt, don’t hesitate to get checked out.

Yes, it is possible to have testicular cancer for years without knowing. Testicular cancer is typically asymptomatic in its early stages, meaning that many people can have it without ever knowing. If the cancer is small, it can go undetected for years as it slowly grows. The cancer can also spread to other parts of the body and become more difficult to detect and treat. Therefore, it is important to be aware of the risks and to get regular check-ups to ensure the early detection and treatment of any potential issues.
