Can you have acute pancreatitis with normal lipase

I am struggling to understand whether it is possible to have acute pancreatitis with normal lipase levels. I have read some conflicting information online and I would really appreciate some help from people who have expertise and experience in this area. I have had some tests done and the lipase levels were normal, but I'm not sure if this is something I should be concerned about.
