Can you feel if your pancreas is inflamed

I'm hoping to get some help from other users on this forum. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if there are any signs or symptoms that can indicate if your pancreas is inflamed. I know there can be a variety of issues with the pancreas, but I'm curious if there are any ways to tell if you have an inflamed pancreas. Are there any physical sensations or other symptoms that might point to this kind of issue? I'm open to any advice anyone might have.

No, you cannot feel if your pancreas is inflamed. Pancreatitis is a condition where the pancreas becomes inflamed, and it can cause abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. However, the signs and symptoms of pancreatitis can be very similar to other conditions, so it is important to see a doctor for proper diagnosis. In some cases, imaging tests such as ultrasound, CT scans, or MRI may be needed to diagnose pancreatitis. Treatment for pancreatitis varies depending on the cause and severity of the condition.
