I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a triceps exercise. I heard that 21s is a good way to train triceps, but I'm not sure how to do it. Can anyone explain how to do 21s for triceps? Is it effective? What kind of results can I expect? Are there any other triceps exercises that I should try along with 21s? Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes, you can do 21s for triceps. 21s are a great way to target the triceps and build strength and muscle size. The exercise involves doing seven reps of each of three ranges of motion. The first seven reps are done from the top of the movement to the mid-point. The next seven reps are done from the mid-point to the bottom of the movement. The last seven reps are done from the bottom of the movement to the top. By doing this, you are working all aspects of the triceps muscle.

When performing 21s, it is important to use good form and technique. Make sure to keep your elbows in and drive through your triceps as you move through each rep. It is also important to keep the reps slow and controlled to ensure that you get the most out of the exercise.

If you are looking for an extra challenge, you can add additional weight to the exercise. For example, you can hold a dumbbell in each hand or use a cable machine. This will make the exercise more difficult and will help you to build more strength and muscle size in your triceps.

Yes, you can definitely do 21s for triceps. This is a great way to target the triceps while getting a good workout. This exercise involves doing 7 half-reps at the bottom, followed by 7 half-reps at the top, and then 7 full-reps. This allows you to work the entire range of motion, and helps to build up strength and size in your triceps. You can do this exercise with either a barbell or dumbbells, depending on what is available to you. Make sure to use a weight that is challenging, but not too heavy, so that you can complete all 21 repetitions.

Yes, 21s are a great way to work your triceps. They involve doing 7 partial-range repetitions in the bottom half of the movement, 7 partial-range repetitions in the top half of the movement, and then 7 full-range repetitions. To do 21s, start by doing 7 partial-range reps in the bottom half of the movement. Then, without resting, do 7 partial-range reps in the top half of the movement. Finally, without resting, do 7 full-range reps. This will give your triceps a great workout and help you build strength and size.

Yes, 21s are an effective exercise for strengthening your triceps. This exercise involves doing seven partial repetitions from the bottom, seven from the middle, and seven from the top of the movement. This allows you to target all parts of the triceps muscle, from the long and medial heads to the short and lateral heads.

To begin, you can use a dumbbell, barbell, or cable machine. If you're using a dumbbell, you'll want to make sure that you're using a weight that is heavy enough to challenge you, but not so heavy that you cannot complete the full range of motion.

Once you have the weight prepared, you can begin. Start by doing seven half-repetitions from the bottom of the movement. This means that you should lower the weight until your arms are bent at a 90-degree angle. Then raise the weight back up until your arms are extended.

Next, do seven half-repetitions from the middle of the movement. This means that you should lower the weight until your arms are bent at a 45-degree angle. Then raise the weight back up until your arms are extended.

Finally, do seven half-repetitions from the top of the movement. This means that you should lower the weight until your arms are just slightly bent. Then raise the weight back up until your arms are extended.

When you have completed all 21 repetitions, rest for a few moments before repeating the exercise. This exercise can be done as a part of a larger arm routine or as a standalone exercise. Doing this exercise regularly will help to strengthen and develop your triceps.
