I'm hoping to get some advice from other forum users about a medical issue I'm dealing with. I'm wondering if low iron in my blood could be a sign of cancer. I've had some other symptoms that have made me concerned, but I'm not sure if they could be linked to cancer or something else. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
