I'm hoping to find some help and advice from others who have been through a similar situation. I'm looking to make some lifestyle changes to help me lose weight, and I'm wondering if this is something that really works and if it's worth the effort. Can lifestyle changes cause weight loss? If so, what kind of changes should I make and what tips can you suggest? I'm open to any and all advice, so please let me know if you have any experience with this.
