I have recently been diagnosed with anemia and am wondering if I can still live a normal life. I understand that anemia can have a huge impact on my energy levels, but I'm not sure how much of an effect it will have on my day to day activities. Can anyone who has experienced anemia provide any advice or tips on how to manage it so I can still live a normal life? I would really appreciate any help or advice that you can offer.
